The AIL programme makes learning more engaging and enjoyable for the children, motivating them to actively participate in the educational process. With the help of art integrated learning teachers can create a dynamic and enriching educational experience that not only imparts knowledge but also nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and a love for learning in children.

First of all, I would like to thank all our mentors for guiding us through the entire Arts in Learning program. It has been an exhilarating experience to participate in the training. AIL is a great way to help children grasp concepts of subjects, that they might otherwise consider difficult. It should be integrated in the school as quickly and effectively as possible. It will also develop an interest among children to learn new things, thus bringing us one step closer towards inculcating a love for learning among students.

I, as a part of the Art Integrated Learning Project organised by Pathanam, in collaboration with South Point School, where I am a teacher, I feel obliged for getting the scope to participate in this programme. With Dr. Shaibani Banerjee as the mentor the entire journey was a challenge but simultaneously interesting. I personally feel that AIL should be a part of the Indian Education System, as it will not only initiate the interest of learners to participate in any chapter actively, we as teachers will also activate our thought-process rather than supporting rote learning.
